GPA Welcomes New Board Members

The Global Presence Alliance enters 2019 with two new Board Members

Adhering to its plan to rotate new leadership every few years, the GPA is proud to announce that Guillaume Durieux, CEO from Videlio in France, and Roman Ceriani, CEO for ICAP in Spain, have joined as new board members. Guillaume will lead the efforts around Strategic Partnerships and Roman is charged with focusing on Sales Alignment with the GPA and its network.

“Being part of the GPA board is very important for me as the CEO of one of the main AV company in the world. I am proud to contribute through the GPA in the construction of a worldwide global offer to meet multinationals companies needs in term of AV. We are working hard to involve all our ecosystem and AV companies in the world to be as performant as possible in term of quality, prices and sustainability”, says Guillaume Durieux.

“The GPA is a unique organization. It is the only organization created specifically to respond to global customer needs. Many global requirements are being fulfilled by subcontracting models or system integrator models that either do not have the specific skills, or that create relationships “ad hoc” for projects. This creates unsatisfied customers, that are impacted by the lack of skills or learning process between teams that do not know each other”, says Roman Ceriani.

“The GPA is 11 years old today. This means 11 years of creating our own handbook and methodology to assure customer satisfaction. We achieve this through the continuous development and interaction of our team – the biggest team in the world comprising over 4500 AV/UC Professionals.

“This creation and consolidation process has challenged me since the beginning. Being involved at the highest level is not only an opportunity to contribute, but a challenge and an obligation from a professional perspective. Our challenge is making customers who face digital transformation happy, through a predictable, standardized and scalable global delivery model of the highest quality.”
